Poem -
A SCOTTISH SUMMER
Now it's windy
Then it's not
Now it's cold
Then it's hot
Wear a tee shirt
Wear a coat
Midgies massing in your throat
Now it's raining
Then it's thunder
Look...a rainbow
Stare in wonder
Gorse and broom
Resist the freeze
Bluebells dancing
In the breeze
Mighty thistles
Purple heather
We are Blessed
With Scottish weather

So glad you enjoyed your trip here, Edinburgh is a great city, add the blessing of good weather and you will have wonderful memories too,
However if you are wrapped up in thermal layers you can enjoy the whole of Scotland even in the dreich mid winter:))
