sea of memories

I close my eyes and the memories seap in like a swallowing sea.
I toss and turn as I rememeber everything that you did.
I reach out and call for help as know hears my silent screams.
They say memories are a wonderful thing to have .
But as I sleep and remember the childhood that I had.
I scream and toss and turn I reach but grab nothing as no one hears my silent screams.
I wish these memories would disapear like you did what I wouldnt do for a restfull sleep.
