Seasons in emotion

Seasons in emotion

The cool fall air,

Reminds me of how I ran my fingers through your blonde hair,

Of how each kiss,

Was like a single falling leaf,

In a sparkling morning mist,

While spring was full of life,

you were my freshly bloomed buttercup,

I was your steaming sweet applepie,

Always there to sweeten your day after you cried,

The summer did pack heat,

Even though we were like a beach,

Smooth sand always at our feet,

The crisp wind beating against our skin,

Along with the drum of our hearts in an impressive feat,

Winter came with its freezing cold,

We were no strangers to the cold,

As we held each other by the fire,

Passion being our only desire.
