Poem -

self

I'm the cancer
That infests in me
I am my own worst enemy
Dwelling in my own misery
A prison I cannot escape

Inflecting self damage
Losing self control
No self esteem
Maybe split personalities
Or maybe self driven insanity

I planted the evil seeds
That brings the hatred in me
Time to reap what I sow
Harvesting today's sorrow
For more pain tomorrow

Inflecting self damage
Losing self control
No self esteem
Maybe split personalities
Or maybe self driven insanity
