Self destruct
With one more pill
Might ease the pain, 
The noise, 
Inside my head.  
It’s beat is deafening 
Need it to stop. 
Erase all time, 
Start again. 
Feel free and Drift 
       away. 
Control I seek
But chaos rules.
Once it’s gone
No turning back 
An action one
Cannot undo.  
Walk away 
Or enter the darkness.  
All I want
Is to see the light. 
Shout, 
Scream 
‘Turn on the lights’
Who turned off the lights?
Alone, lonely. 
Break the cycle
Or
Self destruct.
