Wanting to show you care
That you know how it feels
To share your emotion heals
Even if sharing is pain
Negative energy will gain
Nothing from being shared
The energy meeting it cared
Pain needs validation to grow
Even if it is ugly to show
Spitting out all your hurt
Covering them in all your dirt
Hurt people will hurt others
Hurt strangers or hurt mothers
Everyone on a different course
Know the truth of its source
Is a need to be at peace
To seek some true release
A need to feel connected
See in others self reflected
To know a soul was moved
When it saw you had improved
You had shown a desire
To truly lead and inspire
For the source of truly sharing
Is simply love, souls truly caring
