"The Sinful Nature"

I’m trying to understand,
the reason to decide.
As I hide behind the answers,
to my feelings deep inside.
I thought it should be one way,
but its really not.
The twisting of my motives,
into someone’s evil plot.
There’s something that’s within us,
that makes us say these harmful things.
It doesn’t matter who it hurts,
or the sadness that it brings.
The worst thing that can happen,
is speaking hatful words.
And the best thing that can happen,
is if your friendship reoccurs.
But if paranoia grows to something more,
Your friendships born from hatred,
and we know exactly what it’s for.
There’s something that’s within us,
that makes us do these harmful things.
It doesn’t matter who it hurts,
or the sadness that it brings.
It’s called ‘The sinful Nature’,
and it lust within it’s self.
Turn your anger into laughter,
keep your comments to your self.
