SING FOR ME

My dear Sparrowsong

SING FOR ME

MY HEAD SPINS, MY HEART ACHES
AND NOTHING CAN EASE THE PAIN,
SO SING FOR ME SPARROWSONG,
SING FOR ME.

PLAY YOUR MUSICAL POETRY
LET IT COMFORT ME,
AND EASE MY MIND
OF ITS CONSTANT MISERY,
SO SING FOR ME, SPARROWSONG,
SING FOR ME.

WHO CAN CRADLE THE ANGELS TO SLEEP,
WHOSE WORDS OF HEALING CUTS SO DEEP,
ITS YOU MY SPARROWSONG,
SO SING FOR ME.

LIKE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR
YOUR POETRY INTOXICATE ME,
LIKE SUNSHINE PENETRATING DARK CLOUDS,
YOUR WORDS OF LOVE SOOTHES ME,
SO SING FOR ME, DEAR SPARROWSONG,
PLEASE SING FOR ME.

WILFORD BARKER.

Hello Wilford...

This is so ooo sweet...

I don't know what to say...

I didn't have much to do with my existence...

My parents said oh oh!

Oops!!

All seriousness aside...

This Dedication definitely caught me by sweet surprise...

Just when I thought I was almost done counting my daily blessings you gifted me another one...

1,2,3,4...

This song goes out to Wilford...

You are a friend I hold dear to my heart...

You know just how to make a happy tear drop...

You know how to make a heart flutter...

I must be the luckiest of all because, I have a Wilford of Love...

If there's another sparrowsong I will be the one with my head in the sand...

Beautiful write!

Thank you for sharing...

Best wishes and blessings...
