Soliloquy a note to myself

Hello self,have you noticed any changes
self,in your well being
Just a couple,I am doing better physically
And mentally how so ?
I take care of my self
Ever since I was a kid
11 years old 
Tell me was it difficult
Yes self very much so
I won't dwell on it
Let's just say from that point on it was extremely
Difficult,self if you could
Paint a picture who would you protray
Just me,there is only one me how's everything going a few ups and downs,now and again
but not bad, ona scale of 1to 10 would venture a guess 8.5 a note to myself.
