Somewhere
Somewhere over the mountains, through the valley and around the corner is where my heart lay
Somewhere out there I will find the path that shall lead me the right way
I already got a glimpse of what it feels like to be happy
I took it to God and he promised me
I once felt the power of 20 men strong
I looked in the mirror and told my only friend he was wrong
I chase my dreams but I follow my heart
I know my role in life and mastered my part
A new direction...a new beginning
A life with God verses a life of sinning
Somewhere over the mountains, through the valley and around the corner....love awaits
Somewhere out there I will find a place where I will be forgiven for every mistake
I got a quick peak at better days
New ideas to live better ways
I stood in the background waiting to be
Because somewhere over the mountains, through the valley and around the corner.....is where you will find me!
