Sounds of Silence
SOUNDS OF SILENCE
Sounds of silence trumpet through the brain
Echoing the stillness, almost like pain
Universal oneness engulfs the physical being
Part of the senses stretching and seeing
A soft breeze blows slowly across the face
No noise is heard from this sacred place
Calming and soothing, relaxing with ease
You are within yourself, at last with peace.

This is not only beautiful..... but insightful.....for it is within the quiet of meditation where I find a kind of peace that I find to be helping, healing, purifying, and energizing...... and after years of practicing meditation I have found my third eye and the insight it brings.....ALL STARS!!....thanx for sharing this dear poet sister!!......
