Spanish Moss

Spanish Moss

Tendrils adorn cypress tree
Come now, it welcomes me
Spanish moss most divine
Festoon of feathery vine

Fairytale of story book page
Alchemy cast, gnarly old mage
Down path of netherworld wood
Lingering evermore if one could

Balmy tis cloudless sky
Radiance don’t be shy
Smile upon cobblestone
Alight treetop throne

Comely tis mossy strand
Softly may it touch your hand
Boughs drape debonair charms
Offering nature’s open arms

Hi, Lisa, now that's a road I'd like to travel, from summerworld into faery, oh to be kissed by that soft, drooping moss. Love it🌞
