Sparkled Suns

Sparkled Suns

Lost eyes travel with sparkling suns
trapped beneath their underlining fragility
while sorrowed words burst out of each ray
that gleams endlessly, the lightened path.
Always carelessly narrowed by the want
of it's light, but always corrupted by a
blocked road no light dare travel. So
is the darkness. So powerful are those eyes.
Every glare can say goodbye, each expression
can borrow it's brightness while every sparkle
is a bitter story told only by it's citizens concealed
in it's deep fragility. So is the darkness...
Gentle hands reach for the gleam of each ray,
in hopes to raise beyond shielded eyes
that block the darkened path.
Like a rose in bloom, her heart unfolds
as she blinks. every glare is now
a spark of clarity, each expression embraces the light
and every sparkle is now a tear drowning
the sun. For it's brightness were only bitter memories
now rebuilt and pardoned.
Such as life, the sun must always rise again,
but this time with hope and a promise to rise higher
above any horizon. The light will reach a lonely
road once more, And I'll be able to see her face
anywhere but my dreams. Her shine, her light,
her rose. Is all a path I see in my lost eyes.
