Intelligence over looked, a beauty second to none
Lost in your eyes, intimidating to some
What do I say, speech impaired
Stuck on stupid, feelings to embarrassed to share
I feel my lips moving, "Hey my friend over there, wants to know if you think I'm cute," 
Corny I know, WAIT, shocked by your devilish grin
You smiled, chuckled and pointed " who him?"
"Tell him to tell his friend, that was clever and sweet"
Too bad when my lips moved, I didn't speak
It always plays out well, least in my head
No need for corny lines, let's be honest instead
"Your smiles absolutely breathtaking, your gorgeous and you make me nervous," legs still shaking, but I'm collective and calm
 "Can I take you out sometime?" As I put my head down and stare at my palms

You paused and replied "What do you have in mind?"
