No more voices in my head, if I had to battle that again, I would recommend thinking out loud, until you hear it from anywhere else but within, it just doesn’t seem real, validity goes a long way, if you want real change and sustainable solutions, you must not pretend you’re okay, something or someone caused the pollution, I would start from the very beginning, as I jumped around a lot, from the most recent heartbreak, all the way back to my traumatic childhood, the good/bad and ugly,,, the dark/scary and disgusting,,, Don’t leave one stone unturned, don’t fear any memory, but rather make it make sense, no more voices in my head, the past spirits have all been laid to rest…
