Spring

Spring

Budding leaves renewΒ avow
Chartreuse adorns the bough
Redbreasts merrily sing
Joyous tis the likes of spring

Shy as crocus peeks
Hurry along frosty streaks
Muddy hummus puddin’ cake
Laughing children happily make

Puddle hopping splatter
Β Squirrelly approving chatter
Daylight savings yearly raise
Beam-like solar phase

Balmy kisses bona fide
Adrift on solstice tide
Welcome ides of May
Come chase gloom away

Lisa can use words to weave fabric. Another beautiful one from the Poetess. This is bright; not dark. Beautiful piece.
