STOP 
Take a deep breath, calm down 
RELAX

Breathe 

Floating in watered down values, afraid of sinking again 
STOP 
Take a deep breath, calm down 
REFLECT 
Count down 10 to 1 
Breathe 

Standing in shallow waters, comfortable in values
CONFIDENT 
Take a deep breath, stay calm 
ENJOY
Count up 1 to 10 
REVERSED
