Stand Fear

Stand Fear

as I'm rush to surgery
lights pass my face
I hear the doctors saying time of death
but I can see them floating down me

I start to go to a gate
standing in front of God
he asked "Who are you"
I say I served you since I was two
I sing in the choir
I write poems in your glory

I am on the witnessing team
on the step and drama team
I am a Sunday school teacher
I serve you

He looked at me and said
"Who are you I don't know who you are,
you never asked me to come inside your life,
so I never did."
