Poem -
Starlit Mirror
Gently lapping image
swallowed the sky and does
display it back sincerely.
Those streaks of lightΒ
forever brightening our world
across the night,
bringing souls alight.
A kaleidoscope of cold suns
big and small.
Dazzling dots of bright brilliance,
Reflected reflection in mine eye.
Eternal guardians of my gaze
Glowed from distantΒ
Unchallenged, unfazed
Shining with cold fire...
but still, it matters not
how untouchable
they may be
the lake did gobble their design!

The Stars at night seem brilliant,
Yet far away they gleam,
A mirror of eternity,
A lost and broken dream,
A love to last the Aeons,
Orion, Andromache,
The death of the brave and valiant,
Heracles, Disonytius,
Guide of the lost,
liturgy of the fallen,
stars from heaven gleaming,
yet far away, it's seeming.
