Poem -

Starry nights whilst we flick silver

Our youth becomes stale...
with each sunrise revealed...
through the relinquished nights sky..
distinguish the fire in our hearts..
defuse that spark in our eyes..
we are all running out of our time...
can you say you had good times?
a time of your life..
one brief moment when you shined...
every glimmer shall fade...
till the day we are shivered and grey..
one day our star has flickered...
shooting through our lives...
just to die and fade out of sight..
just as a star does, shooting across a nights sky...make a wish this time...
a coin in the fountain of youth..
a flick of this shiney silver in hopes that one day it will come true...
