A Strange Place

I've been here before; this place, this cold and lonely place.

I'm back in this dark place without a friend in the world.

So many thoughts good and bad; so many memories oh so sad.

With a heart screaming to be loved, to be healed and nurtured.

I'm so afraid, I feel so lost and forgotten.

Can anyone hear me?!

Can anyone see me?!

Can anyone help me?!

Tears starting to fall; I can't break free! 

My knees are getting weak.

I can't believe no one can hear me.

I can't believe I'm here once again.
