Stranger to my Bedroom

Four hours away, had I moved.
Four hours away, for four years to stay.
How happy was I to return,
On this three day holiday.

But then to my dismay,
My bedroom was in disarray.
In shock and anger stood I,
For I was a stranger in mine own bedroom.

Had I moved out?
Definitely not,
Just in college, for a few.
So get me now?

I approached with joy,
But shall leave in anger.
I guess the dorm is my official home,
because I am stranger to my bedroom.
