Strength

Strength
     When all seems lost
When it seems you can't go on
     That life won't relent
          Adding more weight
Weight
     Added a little at a time
Not realizing how much we've taken on
     Until we've been brought to our knees

Strength
     Resides within all of us
To rise up
     Shedding the burdens we bear
          Unnecessary burdens
Causing us to forget
     Life is meant to be enjoyed
