Poem -
Structural Neglect
Some women feed their babies meat,
others don't feed them at all
All around are children sick and dying
Who will guard them as they crawl?
Who will catch them when they fall?
I know a woman whose breasts are filled with beer and coke
Some baby teeth are set with rot
Mothers are allowed to forgive themselves
Fathers, however, are not
