Submerged Isolation

Submerged Isolation

Why is it I feel such sadness ?

when there`s happiness all around

trapped, submerged within this pool

these waters drown out any sound

Darkness engulfing me down here

coldness seeping into each bone

slowly freezing my heart and soul

I'm destined to remain alone

Air`s being squeezed out of my lungs

so intense, it`s pulling me down

suspended in isolation

descending to my grave, I drown !
