SUCCESS OF MIND

SUCCESS OF MIND

I can succeed, I can still grow
I will not give in, I'm refusing to fold
I have taken up studies, that is repairing my mind 
And as I go forward, I'll be in charge of my time

I am blessed, I am humbled, to be part of this race 
And I hope that what I teach, puts a smile on your face
In life, there is a beginning and in life, there's an end
And while God keeps me breathing, I'll make my mind my friend

When I wake up each morning I start new training 
I am challenging my thoughts, I've stopped my complaining
This helps give me structure and as new brain neurons grow
I'm building new habits and behavior while erasing the old

Life has no retakes and it won't come around twice
So each challenge that I face now, I face it with greater mind choice
This is my third chance at life and I won't let myself down 
Because God gives me the power to turn my life story around
