SUICIDAL ARCHITECTURE

SUICIDAL ARCHITECTURE

SUICIDAL ARCHITECTURE
Ricardo Antonio Garcia

Insanity whispers

through the downward spiral.

Passenger’s luggage torments them.

Screams from the children

become benign

as the plane slams into the Alps.

One man’s suffrages

widen its gap in his inner rage

and his suicidal breath

warps the wings.

Inside the metal fuselage

the account of his mind

became its metal

and weighted

by mental disturbances

the downward draft of his sanity

succumbed.

The moment

when the Captain screamed

the door remained locked.

Vomiting induced by fear

filled the air

with its sickening floatation

and all on board

knew with certainty

that their lives

were coming to an abrupt end.

The camera snapshot was taken:

an illusive and horrendous

capsizing of mind.

Without concern for the lives onboard

the ground rushed in like a zoom

and exploded

into a fiery mass of metal.

Instant death

is quicker than coffee

brewing

in the consciousness long after

the monopolies of bodies are spent.

Coward to die- alone.

Coward to race through the sky- alone.

Life disparages

and cripples the senses

when beasts are men, and

when the discovery of your death

is the primal architecture

of someone’s suicidal mind.

Coward- to face the currency of life.

Coward- to deface the holocaust within.

Phillip Arthur ...

Tragic, that one man can end the lives of others with his own. A cowardly act to take his own, but a monstrous one to include those who wished to still live. Innocence truly lost.
