Poem -

Suddenly, Totally you

A poem of betrayal

Suddenly, Totally you

Suddenly, totally you,
For years you lay dormant,
Traded fear for excitement,
Yet follower was your cry,
On the good times you flourished,
On the bad times you questioned
Now the journey you followed must end.
Old faces cry wisdom
On their word it is written,
Unfollow you must & learn to mistrust,
For the one you once loved,
Was just master & slave,
They now must be punished, for their road was not yours,
Suddenly & totally you…
