Poem -

Suicide

He looks at the clock, it's a quarter to seven                                                                                                            Today he will go to Hell, he's not welcome in Heaven

He looks in the mirror, he asks himself why?                                                                                                               It"s the 19th of April, it's his turn to die

He's lost all his sunshine, he feels only pain                                                                                                                The experts are in agreement, he's labelled insane

He reflects on the past, the happiness and the sorrow                                                                                                 He's lived all his todays, he has no tomorrow

He thinks of his children, he thinks of his wife                                                                                                             He prays they will forgive him for taking his life

The noose round his neck, he pulls on it tight                                                                                                             He thinks of his family as he turns out the light
