Poem -

Summer

Summer is almost here,

summer is very near,

the kids like to run and play,

but i, i stand on the peir all day,

listening to the waves crash on the shore,

i see the birds above me sore,

I look out at sea,

And think what a beautiful place to be,

The sparkling ocean,

Sits under the setting sun,

The still warm sand,

I hold tightly in my hand,

I begin to feel sorrow,

Fore I won't be here tomorrow,

But I must kiss paradise goodbye,

As a tear runs Out my eye,

Farewell, I must say,

But I'll be back another day.
