Sunshine Summer

For once, it's not raining
Go outside and enjoy the sunlight
Ignore the people trying to twist the weather
Into something to be afraid of
Just use common sense and sunscreen
You won't get burnt
This season is one for fresh fruit
And days spent playing by the azure rivers
One where the flowers
Bloom at their brightest
As the cold air
Becomes a warm and floral whisper.

Yes! Get out and enjoy it! The Sun heals, I love to look directly into it for small amounts of time and I feel it zaps all my brains flaws! Beautiful poem

Wise words though it's too hot for me...dare I say it?...I prefer cold cosy winter nights...I know...I'm strange lol 😆

Hah that's understandable, and cold nights are an aesthetic. I love September - October because the air smells wonderful, the stars are more visible, and the chilly air brings familiarity.

I love frosty mornings and clear crisp days and freezing nights when the stars are clear ...I probably use my garden more on cold winter nights than I do in summer...as I said...strange😆😆😆
