Sure is good to Know
It’s good to know
That God never changes?
From sunny days
To winter storms
He stays the same
It sure is good to know
We have a ‘forever’ friend
Like Him;
‘In winter
Spring
Summer or fall
All we got to do is call’
It sure is good to know
He never forgets us,
Deserts us
Turns His back on us
Even when we find it hard
To look up,
When the vicissitudes of life
Take us so low down
He remains that friend
That stays around.
As Psalms 37: 3-4 says:
Trust in the Lord, and do good
Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness
Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall
Give you the desires of your heart.
Is it not good to know, we got a friend like that?
Though seasons change
From sunny days
To winter storms
He stays the same
All year ‘round
