Sweet lady

On that night, that day, that moment. Would she have known? That sweet lady, with that sweet smile on that sweet face. That lady that sold me that bottle of liquor, did she know I would drown myself in that liquor, on this beautiful night with these beautiful stars in this beautiful sky, when she asked me if I was having a party? No.
But what about that man standing in the other line. With that long beard and that long, dry and dirty hair. Would anyone ask him if he was having a party. No. Because that man is a drunk, and how do they know that, god may know. But maybe on this beautiful night with these beautiful stars in this beautiful sky, that man would watch a movie with his beautiful grandchildren while laughing their heads off. No one thought that, but it’s still the truth anyways. No one would have thought that on this beautiful night with these beautiful stars in this beautiful sky, I would fall asleep with an empty bottle in my hand. No one thought so. But sweet lady, with that sweet smile on that sweet face, who sold me that bottle. It’s still the truth anyways...
