Symmetry

Funny how the two go round and round
How perfectly they keep the distance, Calculated
Round and round they go, yet never for once did they meet
Catching glimpse from the corner of their eyes
Evading, shunning, chasing, pacing
For fear of se croiser
Impossible to define them——Quite
Are they lovers? Friends? Enemies?
Two souls, two spots, one circle, one orbit
Funny how they are obsessed with the pattern of symmetry
The fair design of nature, the stubborn pursuit of justice
How they are seized with solitude
The mere longing to be mute, the frank confession of loneliness
The moon and the sun, go round and round
While the sun never sets down
The moon is nowhere to be found
