TAKE COMMAND OF THE MIND

I am GRATEFUL to be alive and inspired today at so many levels....as I'm studying, God is also helping me to see so many things in a new way......and a new way of writing it to be seen differently........

For the many things, I learned today, my cup definitely runs over...lol

A poem to give you new perspective and hope

TAKE COMMAND OF THE MIND

Self-development is a practice that has no end
Strategize with your mind and make it your friend
You carried yourself this far, and you've still got a long way to go
If you're still breathing angel, God is waiting still for you to grow

So, close your eyes take a breath learn to train your mind
This calms the voices in your head, replace what was unkind
Until you know what you're carrying around, how will you let it go
Get curious as to why it’s there, then ask God what you’re supposed to know

Angel, ask yourself honest questions, God doesn’t hear any lies
Now, what are the changes you'll make this year, are they truth or are they lies
And will your old limiting beliefs continue blocking your way
Or will you be the gatekeeper of your mind keeping negativity at bay

Focus, and become aware, learn to breathe from your center
With each slow exhale, all the confusion slowly enters
You'll find a whole new level of consciousness waits to take a hold
When you choose to start living, instead of just growing old

Your brain will start listening to what you repeat
It’s time to feed it a new language and stand on your two feet
You are the creator, sit down and create a plan
You’re in charge of your destiny, so start taking command…

Go forward my angel and start on your new journey
And as your mind becomes stronger you’ll find that you’re learning
Getting rid of the clutter and your old limiting beliefs
Gives you command over your destiny, putting gold in the streets
