Poem -

TAMARA KNIGHT

They met in a crowded Dublin dance floor
Difficult for conversation that's for sureĀ
Outside they went for a little natterĀ
She liked his swagger and his patter

His name she found to be was Simon O' Toole
Bright green eyes and his t shirt so cool
Phone numbers exchanged as he asked her name
That's when she turned embarrassed with shame

I'm Tamara Knight please don't make fun of me
It's difficult having this name she said to he
Simon then said a most wonderful and lovely thing
Whatever the night I know happiness you will bring

Tamara then took Simon and kissed his cheek
Tomorrow night is just another day in the week
They went steady and were wed within the yearĀ
Tamara Knight and her name had nothing to fear
