Listen you fuckers, you screwheads,
As you stroll by with eyes half shut,
You all seem to rejoice having so much choice
But there will come a time when enough is enough.

You can believe that we are the people,
That taking part gives you a voice
Or that your decisions play a part in the vision
Of real society but you’re being rebuffed.

For yes, you are the consumer,
And the customer of course is always right,
But understand your misconception
Don’t merely follow direction,
Though seeing through smoke and mirrors is tough.

If it’s easier think of Humpty Dumpty,
Like him we are all due for a fall,
Passively waiting in line merely delays the time
And to put it together again will be rough.
