Tear drop

I knew when I meet you that the tear couldn't hide under the ocean.When I looked at you and licked the tear away that salty taste made me say that one day we could get away with the love we had inside,  but If we get caught I wouldn't be bothered for time is on our side.I hold my head wondering what that past life would have been like knowing freedom has past us by crying,pulling,but still the same old lie.I knew when I meet you tears was by our side not under the ocean.Just a salty taste on one's eye.
