Teenage Years

Tense reality struggles to stay afloat,
While criminals rob humans of their lives,
Leaving meaningless trust,
While whining through fame.
Tears mark the new pink,
Showing old fashion,
Copied by many fans,
Who all just try to fit in.
Mental love twist into fear,
While showing off strong lies.
Fake smiles turn down regret,
While demented hearts turn down.
Sober sunny days long gone,
When fear swims through,
Like it's normal.
All destruction already done.
Holding secrets,
While forging days away.
Tense reality struggles to stay afloat,
But end up crushing all dead.

This piece carrys all the conflict of being human, the difficulties we face within every breath we take.
there is something not right about the sun these days, it's like it's shinning down more than just light, like it's splitting us apart.
