The age of incels

The age of incels

So shallow is the world we live
staring at a shiny screen
numb to feeling's essence
in perfect isolation,
the age of incels springs

Children of an emptiness
oblivious to the touch
decadent to reality
solace in a fantasy,
the age of incels reigns

Abstract tethers the sheltered mind
resentment corroding lost soul
misanthropes to the beige around
they fail to understand,
the age of incels strikes

Seduction just a click away
no need to figure out
no need to fill the self with depth
no need to feel the love,
the age of incels wants

The self imposed misguided curse
the ubiquitous eternal flame
always seeking moths to draw
what will mankind reap?,
in the age of incels blight.
