The battle
The battle is a love storm
Developing into a conflict
Of whatβs right
And whatβs wrong
Itβs fight or flight
Consist or vanish
Win or lose
Build or break
The battle of right and wrong
Is meant to be lost
By the righteousness
Of morality
Should I confront or resist
Will I lose or win
Itβs simply just
Not my responsibility
The battle
That weβre born to fight
Has already been won
Because life isnβt over yet
Life will go as it goes
Life is meant to be
Life is the source of light
So make sure it shines through the battle
The moon makes you afraid
But the sun visits everyday
So why worry about the moon
When you know the sun wonβt leave you?
In the end
The battle is just something in general
Itβs meant to be the way it is
So let it be.

Tamara I read this a while ago and forgive me for not commenting then.
Making amends now and after a deserving reread think your elegant poem is a well written game plan and wise advice for life and individuals at its cloudy crossroads.
A beacon of a poem and a warming positive one as well.
Enjoyed reading and then rereading for the attributes found within it are many.
I wish you well and thank you for sharing your poem that doesn't just sparkle, but shines and brightly so.
And if you can spare the time read Desiderata by Max Ehrmann.
For there are myriads in your excellent poem that mirror said poem.
