The birth of a poem

The birth of a poem

From a word that someone said
Came a tale walking along a trail
That starts the birth of a poem
I nursed it I rehearsed it
High on a hill I got my fill
Of the sun

Out at sea is whale caught
In gale oh what a tale.
That would be that’s the start
Of the birth of a poem
Then I nursed it and rehearsed it
While I sat by the sea

Β The birth of a poem
Starts with a word
They say it every day
Then they write it, and
They nursed it and rehearsed it
And then it becomes a Poem
And that is the start of the
Birth of a poem.Β

Excellent and cool thinking behind this Greg and a pleasure to know that and how you presented your thought process into fantastic words.
And the beat and flow with a repeat here and there, is inspired writing.
Good to see and great to read :)
