THE BORING MAID

THE BORING MAID

In ye olde England there lived a maid
She lived a very boring life I'm afraid
All that changed just the other day
When a handsome squire proclaimed and did say

" I'm looking for a wife to live with me "
The boring maid saw this as an ideal opportunity
She joined all other ladies outside the squire 's gate
Not getting impatient and was prepared to wait

When it was the boring maid's turn to the squire she said
" I'm a boring maid sir we will stay all day in bed"
The squire chuckled and the boring maid was the one
To spend all day in bed with her would be jolly good fun
