The Cage

Delusion and phobia, 
Meanness and backstabbing, 
Mockery and rage, 
Materials used to build my cage. 
Best stay away from those who make all a joke, 
On their words and their actions they will choke. 
God understands the righteous frustration, 
Can see the way through any situation. 
Don not want to destroy what I have been given, 
Brought before the worst so I might be forgiven. 
Forgiveness of man is a dream easily broken, 
God forgiving is never fine, especially if spoken. 
His forgiveness is proven when they fall in their anger, 
Their pain is enough to satisfy a stranger. 
Salvation is taken with faith and not sight, 
I don't even want to give my heart to smite.
