Poem -

THE CALL

If the world is a strange place of light and dark
I stand alone, stripped bare
Teetering on the inbetween
I watch as others wash themselves happy in the sunshine
Like a shy child I dither and long to join them
There....
Yet, the dark calls me home like a loving mother at teatime
And I'm strangely relieved.

You can write your work in any format you wish Jill, just seperate the sentences, experiment...I do. I write what I like however I like, there are no rules in my book.( Mostly I call it freestyle because I'm not actually sure what style IV written it in anyway...lol ?)....
