Oh what an absolutely, divinely dark write. You have excelled yourself, Greg! This is fabulous. I am sorry I have not seen this before now. So glad I caught it. Very well done. Pinned x
Thank you Tina
I feel it could’ve been a little longer
And you were things I wanted to say in the poem that I didn’t get to put in or forgot Thanks for reading
Well, it is lovely as it is or, if you really want to put something else in, you can always edit it to add anything new or change anything. Whatever you want to do, Greg, it is your poem x
Apologies Greg, almost missed this one but glad I now caught.
And so do love reading a dark one and one that leaps off the page for it is equally chilling , other worldly and unsettling.
In the ways a dark poem should be presented and your well written and conceived poem and it's haunting theme throughout is one that superbly draws a reader in and doesn't let go.
Thanks Greg and full honours to you for writing something different and this just shows how versatile a poet you are.
Thank you Shaun I love Mario Lonza
and his singing of this area it is so beautiful
Thank you for reading
Greg if old Mario Lanza is haunting this poem then he's probably out body snatching.
Maybe your Ave Maria poem.
