Poem -

The Dad Job

You came into the role rather quick
Knew as soon as you saw me sick
Out popped number one and two
Finally to five our family grew.
The world turns so incredibly fast
Now so many memories in the past
But as the years have really flown
It’s not just our babies that have grown.
You have grown in love and wisdom and pride
I’m privileged to parent by your side
You’re not always perfect, neither am I
But what you do is always try
Your job as dad will never end
Even if now you’re also a friend
So don’t stop listening and sharing life
Thanks for making me a mum but firstly your wife.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
