The anguish and despair?
The hurt and all the pain,
the absence of the rain?

Can you hear them crying?
The wildlife that are dying?
Over machines that continued churning
on the Day the Earth was Burning?

Can you hear the wind is sighing?
While your precious flags keep flying?
See the filth that fills the Ocean's depths,
the mark that we have left?

Can you feel the shame?
Do you see it dancing in the flames?
The price we have to pay,
made clear on burning day.

Can you see it in the skies?
The smoke that's reached so high?
There is no final warning
and today the earth is burning.
