Poem -

The End

Today
if death shall choose to visit meĀ
will the monochrome of my fractured memoriesĀ
be my blinding finisĀ
or will my mad gods colludeĀ
to show me the spectacle of your liquid eyes
the kaleidoscope of your countenanceĀ

perish with the burn of acid-tearsĀ
or will I smile at you--bewitching death.
