The Fat Man rides Bocks Car

The Fat Man rides Bocks Car

The Fat Man rides Bocks Car.
He was going to finally shine.
He was meant to light up Kokura
But the skies were too unkind.
So,
Bocks Car took him to Nagasaki.
Where Fat Man changed our times.
The Fat Man didn't need to be shine.
Little Boy had done just fine.
Fat Man, though, had to prove himself.
He was a beast of a different kind.
Little Boy and Trinity had enriched uranium cores.
Fat Man was a plutonium bomb,
they can always make some more.
Mass death on a mass production line.
August 9th '45 history drew a line.
August 9th.' 45
The day we began to count down time.
